Mike Troje


Mike holds a construction management degree from Minnesota State University Moorhead and a degree in civil technology/land surveying from North Dakota State College of Science. Before joining Midwest Precast, Mike gained many years of experience as an estimator/project manager in the Twin Cities, Fargo and tri-state area.

Paul Nelson

Vice President

Paul graduated from North Dakota State University with a construction engineering degree, and has since spent more than 20 years in the precast industry. He’s proficient with engineering, production, field installation and field operation aspects, and knows how to see a product through to completion, while also meeting every need of the customer along the way.

Sam Zutter

Project Manager / Estimator

Sam received a degree in construction management from Minnesota State University Moorhead in 2006. He spent several years as a project engineer on wind farms across the country before joining the precast field in 2012. Sam has been a staple with the Midwest Precast team ever since.

Helen Martinez

Office Manager

Helen holds a bachelor’s degree in organizational leadership from University of Mary, and is responsible for directing, organizing and controlling project activities. She brings 16 years of industry experience including project coordination in healthcare and residential construction projects, as well as management of survey and aviation project.
